A Little Bit about Lovehoney

First Impressions

When Lovehoney offered me the opportunity to review the Happy Rabbit Mini Rechargeable Rabbit Vibrator, I took the shot. The first rabbit I received for review was from Lovehoney and just adore the style, though the production of rabbit sex toys varies among style, purpose, and manufacturer. 

I love the hot pink it comes in. Now, I know pink isn’t a a consistant desirable color among sex toy users and reviewers. However, I am able to overlook the color for the most part because I happen to like pink. It’s always a plus when the toys come in other colors – such as black, my favorite color for a toy. In fact, it’s so offensively pink that I see it turning many people off to it. 

The Rabbit’s Face

The color aside, let’s quickly explore the face of the part of the toy that is in its name: the rabbit head and ears. The rabbit ears of the Happy Rabbit Rechargeable Mini Rabbit Vibrator are connected to a dramatic face that isn’t involved with every rabbit I’ve come across.

Normally, when you use a rabbit sex toy the ears are the main attraction as far as clit-stimulation goes but holy heck, I was able to use the face of the rabbit. While the ears did stimulate my clit, the short stature of the toy made the ears massage above my clit while the face of the rabbit thumped against my clit as I thrust.

G-Spot

The Happy Mini Rabbit is a g-spotter, a design I absolutely love, ever since I discovered mine. Because the Mini Rabbit is so short, the toy found my g-spot easily and gently. Unlike the Pure Wand or Comet II, the Mini Happy Rabbit’s g-spotter is not curved. Therefore, it’s easier to thrust back-and-forth and you are not limited to an up-and-down motion.

I know many people with vaginas may find g-spot stimulation uncomfortable, and that is why this particular g-spotter made me so Happy (pardon the pun)

The Short Stature

I want to address a potential difficulty with this Mini Rabbit. That difficulty is what I’ve been praising so far this review: its short stature. Not all bodies are the same which makes it hard to find one rabbit to rule them all.

While I’m not heavy, you may be and I anticipate a possible problem maneuvering the Mini Rabbit past a larger body. The same thing goes for those who may be pregnant or not able-bodied; this could be too short and the buttons to close to the entrance of one’s vagina. 

Let’s go over some hard facts

As you can see on the Lovehoney site for the Mini Happy Rabbit, the specifications of the rabbit are rather small but the vibrations are powerful enough to make me come. While they aren’t rumbly, they didn’t tickle me to an extent where I stopped getting pleasure. 

The buttons were…interesting. Encased in the silicone base are two control buttons that give control over the various speeds and patterns. Two control buttons are encased in the silicone base, which makes manipulating the various speeds and patterns easy. While it felt a tad cheap. However, the presentation of the buttons only posed a problem for those people who may have difficulty reaching the controls while the toy is in-use. 

The Mini Happy Rabbit is a rechargeable toy so many thanks to Lovehoney for helping leave us a better planet. A toy that isn’t rechargeable gives me a tad bit of anxiety. The Mini Happy Rabbit’s silicone is 100 {3f7c80553853438a366aef0b7e76dba6b33433c1f55cb64b62d723dc82ff4775} waterproof for some fun in the shower (my favorite place to go at it).

 The Mini Happy Rabbit’s silicone satisfied me. Vag and lube didn’t gunk up on the material like some toys have the potential to do. I felt safe, being able to trust that my body had something that was safe and non-toxic in it providing me pleasure. The Happy Rabbit Mini’s silicone didn’t eat up any lube, as sometimes happens with toys.  (think: Vixskin Maverick, Mustang but goddess bless them anyway).

Who would this suit? What may work better?

I mentioned above the other Lovehoney Rabbit vibes that may work better for your body like the Happy Rabbit Curve Rechargeable Rabbit Vibrator that has an even more-subtle g-spot curve or the Happy Rabbit G-Spotter. The Happy Rabbit vibrator has a counterpart, that is similar in design but boasts a much larger handle: the Slimline Curve Rabbit.

Another rabbit vibrator that I love is the Nova by We-Vibe. I’ve found it to provide constant pressure on the “ear” component which may be more appealing to others.

The Happy Rabbit Rechargeable Mini Rabbit Vibrator, however, is an economical toy at less than $50. If a toy is wrong and overpriced it has the potential to leave a sour taste in your mouth, not to mention whatever orifice you chose to stick it in. Lovehoney wants to make sure that doesn’t happen to their customers.
